University Malaysia Sabah and Halal Research

Sabah is one of the public universities in Malaysia that it has activated  in the food and health sectors, the role of halal research for providing health in halal food and effects of the forbidden foods.
Prof. Sharif al Sharan, university president, and M. Abdul Latif, director of halal food services have provided halal research in the field of health and food. Experiments conducted in halal at three universities and research centers in Malaysia, is summarized and presented. Secretary general of the World Halal talks with mentioned managers, the university, the planned cooperation between the two centers.
