The role of “Halal” in pasta industries
Secretory general of halal world organization had lectured in the conference of “the role of brand in pasta industry”. This conference had been held in permanent place for international exhibition of Tehran and in green salon.
With the mentioning to halal brand, he told this brand is the only cultural-economical brands which cover 2 billion Muslims and in a way it is the demonstration of solidarity between them. He also expressed the 2 billion dollars capacity of this business and added the economical privilege for us in agro food in compare to others, is the topic of halal brand and we need to pay attention to this privilege and try to introduce “halal agro food” for using from this benefit in global market.
Dr. Fakhari then bring some examples of another countries who used of this privilege to develop their market and told the tough competition in macaroni and pasta industries, halal brand can be one of our privilege to other competitors and can guarantee more shares of this industry for us. Secretory general of halal world then answered the question of audiences and also the success which halal world organization obtains in recent month.
