10 centers for issuing Halal certification in Belgium

Halal market has a value of 7.1 billion euro in Belgium. Belgium press reported. This news has been released by agriculture department of felmand in Belgium and added nowadays there is a huge increase in centers which issue halal certification. This department announced also there is 10 centers now for issuing halal certification and each have their own process and rules.
Halal products of Belgium are distributing by traditional sources like butcheries or local groceries but this report shows there is a need for vast produce and distribution networks.
Last research shows there are 630,000 Muslims in Belgium. So it seems the capacity of halal market is much more than estimation of department of agriculture.
